Two overload duty ratings are defined: high overload (HO) at 0.55 kW, supporting 200 % for 3 s, 150 % for 57 s, and 100 % for 240 s at ambient up to 50 °C; low overload (LO) at 0.75 kW, supporting 150 % for 3 s, 110 % for 57 s, and 100 % for 240 s at ambient up to 40 °C. The HO rating governs motor sizing for constant-torque loads like conveyors or mixers; the LO rating applies for variable-torque loads such as pumps and fans where peak demand is lower.
