Drive selection memo
The Siemens 6SL3211-0KB17-5BB0 is a SINAMICS G110 CPM110 AC drive rated for 0.75 kW in both constant-torque (CT) and variable-torque (VT) duty, fed from a single-phase 200–240 VAC supply. The built-in Class B EMC filter covers conducted emissions for most industrial environments without an external filter. Overload capability is 150 % for 60 seconds, which handles short-duration peak loads on conveyors or small pumps.
Integration and mounting
The drive measures 150 x 90 x 101 mm (HxWxD) with an IP20 enclosure — designed for clean, dry cabinet mounting. No heatsink is included, so the drive relies on the panel's internal airflow; ambient temperature must stay between -10 and +40 °C. The RS485 interface uses the USS protocol, so it connects directly to a Siemens PLC or third-party Modbus RTU master with a simple two-wire link.
