Integrator note — PM230 with integrated filter
The 6SL3211-1NE23-8AL1 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM230 rated for 380-480 VAC three-phase, delivering 18.5 kW under low overload (150% for 3 s, 110% for 57 s, 100% for 240 s). The integrated Class A filter covers conducted emissions for European mains without an external EMC box. Ambient temperature range is 0 to +40 °C for low-overload duty. The module ships in FSC (Frame Size C) format, 411 x 200 x 171 mm (HxWxD), IP20/PT degree of protection — suitable for enclosure mounting with proper clearance for airflow. No Control Unit is included; the drive accepts CU240B/E-2 or CU230P-2 units, firmware V4.4 or higher. Note: this PM230 variant does not support safety functions.
