Power Module with Integrated Filter and Braking Chopper
The Siemens 6SL3211-1PE16-1AL1 is a SINAMICS PM240-2 power module rated for 380-480 V 3 AC input, ±10%, 47-63 Hz. It delivers 1.5 kW under high-overload duty (200% for 3 s, 150% for 57 s, 100% continuous at 240 s) across an ambient range of -10 to +50 °C. Under low-overload profile it delivers 2.2 kW (150% for 3 s, 110% for 57 s, 100% continuous at 240 s) at -10 to +40 °C ambient. The integrated Class A filter and braking chopper eliminate the need for external line-filter and brake-resistor modules in most installations.
Form Factor and Integration
Housed in a FSA frame measuring 238 x 126 x 171 mm (HxWxD) with IP20 degree of protection. Designed for panel mounting without a Control Unit or operator panel — the Control Unit is ordered separately and mounts directly onto the module. Released as of firmware version V4.6.
