The Siemens SINAMICS V10-1 AC drive 6SL3217-0CE22-2UA0 is a compact, fan-cooled variable-frequency drive sized for a 2.2 kW motor on a 380 V three-phase supply. The 150% overload capability for 60 seconds (100% for 240 s, 300 s cycle) means it handles short-duration peak loads — starting a loaded conveyor or accelerating a pump — without tripping. Ambient temperature range 0 to +50 °C covers most ventilated enclosures; above 40 °C expect derating per the thermal curve. IP21 protection suits clean, dry indoor panels — not washdown or outdoor duty.
Panel integration notes
Dimensions 260 x 150 x 159 mm (H x W x D) — FSB frame size. Mounts on a backplate with the standard SINAMICS V10-1 footprint; allow clearance above and below for fan airflow. The built-in BOP (Basic Operator Panel) provides local start/stop and parameter access without an external HMI. No internal EMC filter — plan for an external line filter if the installation must meet conducted emission limits for the mains.
