Drive rating and overload profile
The 6SL3220-3YE36-0AP0: Rated 37 kW at 110% overload for 60 seconds (100% for 240 seconds) on a 380-480 V 3-phase supply at 47-63 Hz. The 110% overload profile suits pump and fan duty where short-duration torque spikes occur during start-up or load changes. Ambient temperature range is -20 to +45 °C; painting class 3C2 provides corrosion resistance for mild industrial environments. Frame size FSD means the drive is a large cabinet-mount unit — packaging dimensions are 305 x 545 x 430 mm.
Fieldbus and operator interface
PROFIBUS DP is integrated on the drive — no external communication module is required for connection to a PROFIBUS network. The Intelligent Operator Panel (IOP) is included for local parameterisation and diagnostics. A built-in radio interference suppression filter for category C2 (industrial environment) is fitted, which simplifies EMC compliance in a standard panel build.
