Ratings and what they mean for fit
Low-overload rating of 3 kW at 150 % for 3 s, 110 % for 57 s, and 100 % continuously means this module handles the starting current of a centrifugal pump or fan without oversizing — the overload profile matches the quadratic torque curve of those loads. Ambient temperature range 0 to +40 °C for low-overload duty; if your control panel or machine enclosure sits above 40 °C, you derate or move to the next frame. The integrated Class B filter meets EN 61800-3 Category C2 conducted emissions limits for first-environment (residential) supply — so it can be installed without an add-on filter in most European and UL-compliant installations, saving a DIN-rail slot and wiring labour.
Mounting and integration
FSA frame dimensions are 460 x 154 x 249 mm (H x W x D). The IP55 / UL Type 12 enclosure allows direct wall-mount in washdown areas or outdoors under a roof — no separate electrical enclosure needed. Glands for motor and supply cables enter through the bottom; leave clearance for cable bend radius below the module.
