Power module for pump and fan duty
The Siemens 6SL3223-0DE24-0AA0 is a SINAMICS G120P Power Module PM230 with an integrated Class A EMC filter, rated for 380-480 V 3 AC ±10%, 47-63 Hz. It delivers 4 kW under low overload (150% for 3 s, 110% for 57 s, 100% for 240 s) within a 0 to +40 °C ambient. The IP55 / UL Type 12 enclosure means it withstands hose-down and dust ingress — suited for food-and-bev, HVAC, and water-treatment environments where the drive mounts near the motor rather than in a clean cabinet. This is a power module only — it requires a CU230P-2 Control Unit (sold separately) running firmware version V4.3.2 or higher. Frame size FSB (540 x 180 x 249 mm, HxWxD). The integrated filter simplifies panel layout by eliminating an external EMC filter for most installations.
Deployment context
The IP55 rating allows wall-mounting in washdown zones without an additional enclosure — common for standalone pump drives on skids or rooftop fan units. The integrated filter meets EN 61800-3 Category C2 conducted emissions for first environment (unrestricted distribution).
