The Siemens 6SL3223-0DE27-5BA0 is a SINAMICS G120P Power Module PM230 in FSB frame size, rated for 7.5 kW low overload at 380-480 V 3 AC. It includes an integrated Class B EMC filter and carries IP55 / UL Type 12 protection — sealed against hose-directed water and dust, so it mounts directly on the machine frame or in a non-conditioned cabinet without an additional enclosure. The low-overload curve delivers 150 % for 3 s, 110 % for 57 s, and 100 % for 240 s, which covers pump and fan starts without oversizing the drive.
Integration notes
The module ships without a Control Unit or operating unit; it is released for the CU230P-2 with firmware version V4.3.2 or higher. Dimensions are 540 x 180 x 249 mm (HxWxD). Ambient temperature range for low overload is 0 to +40 °C. The integrated Class B filter meets conducted emission limits for most industrial environments without an external filter.
