Power module with integrated filter, IP55 enclosure
The Siemens 6SL3223-0DE31-1AA1 is a SINAMICS G120P Power Module PM230 with an integrated Class A EMC filter and an IP55 / UL Type 12 enclosure. It accepts 380-480 V 3 AC ±10% at 47-63 Hz and delivers 11 kW under low-overload duty (150% for 3 s, 110% for 57 s, 100% for 240 s). The IP55 rating means the unit is dust-protected and hose-down resistant — suitable for washdown environments in food-and-beverage or water/wastewater lines where a standard IP20 drive would need a separate cabinet. The module is designed to be paired with a CU230P-2 Control Unit running firmware V4.3.2 or higher. No control unit or operator panel is included — this is the power stage only, so factor in the separate CU purchase for your BOM.
Ambient temperature range for low-overload operation is -10 to +40 °C. Above that, derate per the thermal curve in the manual. The integrated Class A filter covers conducted emissions for most industrial mains; if your site requires Class B (residential/commercial), an external filter may be needed.
