Power Module PM230 for pump and fan duty
The Siemens 6SL3223-0DE31-1BA1 is a SINAMICS G120P Power Module PM230 with an integrated Class B EMC filter, housed in an IP55 / UL Type 12 enclosure rated for washdown and outdoor installation. It accepts 380-480 V 3 AC at 47-63 Hz and delivers 11 kW under low-overload profile: 150 % for 3 s, 110 % for 57 s, then 100 % continuously over a 240 s cycle. The ambient temperature range for low-overload operation is -10 to +40 °C. This module ships without a Control Unit or operator panel; it is released for the CU230P-2 Control Unit running firmware V4.3.2 or higher.
Integration and mounting
The PM230 measures 620 x 230 x 249 mm (HxWxD) and is designed for wall-mount or backplate installation in a panel or enclosure. The IP55 rating means the housing is dust-protected and can tolerate hose-directed water — suitable for food-and-bev, HVAC, or outdoor pump houses. The integrated Class B filter meets EN 55011 for conducted emissions, so no external filter is needed for most commercial environments. The module requires a CU230P-2 Control Unit (ordered separately) and firmware V4.3.2 or higher.
