The 6SL3320-1TE33-1AA3 is a Single Motor Module from the SINAMICS S120 family. It takes a 600 V DC input from the common DC bus and delivers a 3-phase 400 V AC output rated at 310 A. That's enough to run a large motor — think a 200 kW-class pump or conveyor drive — from a shared DC link. It comes in a chassis form factor with internal air cooling, so it's designed to be mounted inside a cabinet with adequate airflow. The extended Safety Integrated functions are included, which means you get built-in safe torque off and safe stop without needing a separate safety relay. A Drive-CLiQ cable is included with the module, so it's ready to connect to a SINAMICS S120 Control Unit or Line Module out of the box.
