The 6SL3320-1TE35-0AA3: This module accepts a 600 V DC bus input and delivers a 3-phase 400 V AC output rated at 490 A, housed in a chassis form factor with internal air cooling. It supports extended Safety Integrated functions and ships with a Drive-CLiQ cable for direct integration into the SINAMICS S120 drive system.
Compliance and documentation notes
RoHS compliance is confirmed since 13 July 2017. The module also carries a REACH Article 33 duty-to-inform notification for lead (CAS-No. 7439-92-1) above 0.1% w/w, which is standard for power electronics with soldered joints and busbars.
Sourcing for production and MRO
Because this is a made-to-order item, the procurement path is straightforward: submit an RFQ with your target quantity and required delivery window. We source through authorized Siemens distribution channels and confirm pricing and lead time at quote. For MRO spares or project builds, the same process applies — no minimum order quantity is assumed, but the factory build cycle applies.
