The 6SL3330-7TE35-0AA3 is a SINAMICS S120 Active Line Module that converts three-phase 380-480 V AC, 50/60 Hz to a regulated 600 V DC bus at 549 A continuous, delivering 300 kW of power for the DC link. Unlike a basic diode rectifier, an Active Line Module regenerates braking energy back to the supply, maintains a stable DC bus under fluctuating load, and draws sinusoidal input current with a controlled power factor — key for multi-axis servo or spindle groups where the DC bus is shared.

Integration notes — DC bus and cooling
Internal air cooling: the module rejects heat into the cabinet; panel ventilation must be sized for the 300 kW dissipation at full load, typically requiring forced-air or cabinet chiller integration. The Drive-CLiQ cable is included — no separate ordering for the communication link to the Control Unit or Motor Module. Output is 600 V DC nominal; the DC bus terminals must be rated for the full 549 A continuous current, with busbar cross-section and fuse sizing per the installation manual.
