Braking resistor for SINAMICS G110M FSA drives
The Siemens 6SL3501-0BE18-8AA0 is an internal braking resistor for the SINAMICS G110M drive family, frame size FSA. It dissipates peak braking energy at 75 W and sustains 7.5 W continuous duty, with a resistance of 350 ohm. That 75 W peak handles short deceleration events on small conveyors or positioning axes; the 7.5 W continuous rating governs how often you can repeat the stop without thermal buildup. The resistor is rated for a 350 ohm value — match this to the drive's internal chopper circuit. Using a different resistance shifts the braking torque curve and can trip the overvoltage limit on the DC link.
IP20 enclosure means it's for inside the control cabinet only — no washdown, no dust.
