Drive selection memo
The 6SL3511-0PE23-0AM0 is a SINAMICS G110D AC Drive rated for 3.0 kW high overload (200% for 3 s, 150% for 60 s, 100% for 300 s) on a 380–500 V three-phase supply at 47–63 Hz. The integrated Class A filter and braking chopper are built in, so no external add-ons are needed for conducted emissions compliance or dynamic braking on vertical loads. The AS-Interface bus interface is fixed — no option slot for PROFINET or EtherNet/IP; plan the control network accordingly. The IP65 enclosure (210 x 450 x 145 mm, FSA frame) means this drive mounts directly in a washdown zone or outdoors without a separate cabinet. Ambient temperature range is -10 to +40 °C; above that, derate per the thermal curve in the manual. No operator panel is included — remote HMI or AS-i master handles parameter access.
