Integration notes
The FSB form factor measures 135 x 181 x 309 mm (HxWxD) and mounts directly on the machine frame or a mounting plate. It requires a separate Control Unit (not included) to operate — order a CU240M-2 or similar G110M Control Unit to complete the drive system. The SD/MMC card slot allows parameter cloning across multiple drives, which speeds commissioning on multi-axis lines. Ambient temperature range is -10 to +55 °C. At the upper end, derate output current per the drive's thermal curve. The IP65 enclosure eliminates the need for a separate cooling fan in most environments, but verify airflow around the heatsink fins in high-ambient installations.
