Control unit for distributed drive applications
The Siemens 6SL3544-0MB02-1PA0 is a SINAMICS G110M Control Unit CU240M DP G designed for distributed drive architectures. It communicates via PROFIBUS DP and includes 4 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs, and 1 fail-safe digital input (F-DI) for safety-related signals. The M screw connection simplifies field wiring without special tools. Rated for ambient temperatures from -10 to +55 °C with IP66 protection, this control unit can be mounted directly on the machine frame or in washdown zones without an additional enclosure. I/O and motor brake integration
The CU240M DP G includes a dedicated PTC/KTY temperature sensor input for motor thermal protection and an electromagnetic brake control output, so it can manage a holding brake directly from the control unit without an external relay.
