The Siemens 6SL3544-0PB02-1MA0 is a SINAMICS G110M Control Unit CU240M with AS-Interface Q communication, designed for motor frame sizes 80 and 90. It integrates 4 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs, and 1 fail-safe digital input (F-DI) for safety-related signals, plus PTC/KTY motor temperature sensing and electromagnetic brake control — all in an IP65-rated enclosure rated for -10 to +55°C ambient.

The IP65 degree of protection lets this control unit mount directly on the motor or machine frame in washdown zones — no separate enclosure needed.
