Control unit for distributed drives
The Siemens 6SL3544-0TB02-1FA0 is a SINAMICS G110M CU240M PN control unit — the brains for a distributed drive node on PROFINET. It carries 4 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs, plus one fail-safe digital input and a PTC/KTY temperature sensor connection for motor thermal protection. An integrated EM brake control handles holding brakes on vertical-axis conveyors or hoists.
IP65 and ambient range
Rated IP65, so the electronics and connectors tolerate washdown environments — food, beverage, or packaging lines where hose-down cleaning is routine. Ambient temperature span of -10 to +55 °C covers unheated plant floors and cabinet-free mounting near the motor.
