The ABB PM5630-2ETH (order code 1SAP131000R0278) is a processor module for the Distributed Automation PLC line. It carries 8 MB of memory, dual Ethernet interfaces, RS232/485, CAN, and a local display — enough I/O and communication headroom for a mid-sized distributed control node.
Power and interfaces
The module accepts a supply from 20.4 V to 28.8 V DC, nominal 24 V DC. That tolerance matches standard industrial power supplies; no extra regulation needed as long as the bus stays within the range.
