Mounting and integration
The 1SAP222100R0001: Enclosure is IP20, so it mounts inside a control cabinet on DIN rail or screw panel. The digital outputs source 0.5 A continuously per channel — sized for solenoid valves, indicator lights, or small DC relays; not for direct motor loads. Analog inputs handle U, I, and RTD; the two analog outputs source either voltage or current, configurable by the system integrator. The Modbus TCP server stack runs on a single Ethernet port (industrial Ethernet interface count is 0 hardware interfaces, meaning no additional switch — connect directly to the PLC or downstream device). Adjustable delay time from 0.1 to 32 ms allows filtering of digital input chatter or debouncing mechanical contacts.
