ABB 1SAP440500R0001 is the DC523-XC flexible I/O node for distributed control architectures – 24 channels you assign as input or output per your wiring plan, all transistor-switched for DC loads up to 0.5 A per channel. Supply from 20.4 to 28.8 VDC; each input draws 5 mA. The delay per channel can be set between 0.1 and 32 ms, useful for debouncing or syncing with a slower scan cycle. Rated IP20, so it belongs inside a clean enclosure. The -30 to +70°C operating range covers most industrial floors and unheated cabinets.
