Configurable 16-channel I/O for the DC522 rack
The ABB 1SAP440600R0001 (DC522-XC) is a 16-channel configurable digital input/output module. Each channel can be independently set as a 24 VDC input (5 mA draw) or a 24 VDC transistor output sourcing up to 0.5 A. Eight auxiliary terminals provide a dedicated 0 V and 24 VDC bus, reducing daisy-chain complexity at the field-wiring interface. The supply voltage range is 20.4 to 28.8 V DC. Configurable delay time from 0.1 to 32 ms allows debounce filtering on inputs or delayed activation on outputs without an external timer.
