Panel fit and integration
The ABB 1SAP445200R0001 (DX522) is a 24 VDC-powered distributed I/O block with eight 24 VDC inputs (5 mA sink per channel) and eight relay outputs rated 3 A at 230 V AC. The supply voltage range is 20.4–28.8 V DC, with inputs accepting up to 30 V DC. The module mounts on standard DIN rail with IP20 finger-safe housing and operates from −30 to +70 °C, allowing placement in outdoor cabinets or warm enclosures.
