The ABB CP6621 1SAP562110R0001 is a 21.5-inch TFT capacitive multitouch HMI running a Chromium Browser for web-based visualizations. The 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution at 16 million colors gives enough real estate for complex process mimics or multi-window SCADA dashboards. Powered by 18 to 32 V DC. Front IP66 rated. Three Industrial Ethernet ports on board — use one for the PLC uplink, the second for a daisy-chain to the next panel, and the third for a local service laptop without breaking the ring.
Mounting and thermal
Built-in depth is 56 mm behind the panel cutout — shallow enough for most backpanels but check clearance against swing-door components or terminal blocks on the same subplate. Rated for -20 to +60 °C ambient operation. The 240 MB application memory (240000 kB) handles substantial tag databases and page graphics; the Chromium Browser offloads rendering to the panel's processor, so web apps run locally rather than streaming from a server.
