Where the class is used
The 1SAZ211201R1028: Solid-state overload relays in this class replace the older bi-metallic thermal units on three-phase motor starters — the electronics give a tighter trip curve, phase-loss sensitivity, and a usually wider current setting range without swapping the heater element. In a control panel that means the relay is wired into the contactor coil circuit on its NC output and feeds the motor lines through its current transformers on the line side.
