The 1SFA894003R7020: Ramp time is adjustable from 0 to 120 seconds, with initial voltage during start settable between 30% and 70% of line voltage. The step-down special ramp can go from 100% down to 30% — gives you fine control over pump or conveyor soft-start profiles. Built-in electronic overload protection is standard, with a current limit function adjustable from 1.5 to 7× Ie and a starting capacity of 3× Ie for 15 seconds. That means you can set the overload curve to match the motor thermal model without an external relay. Control supply voltage is 100–250 V AC; the separate 24 V DC control circuit powers the logic. Screw terminals on the control circuit accept 1 × 2.5 mm² rigid, with a tightening torque of 0.5 N·m. Main circuit terminals are rated IP10 per IEC 60529 and IEC 60947-1 — that's finger-safe but not washdown-rated. The unit includes run, fault, bypass, and overload signal relays, plus a red fault LED and yellow protection LED for local diagnostics.
Wiring and integration note
Main circuit connecting capacity is 1 × 10 to 95 mm² rigid — sized for 37 A motor feeders. The supply circuit takes 1 × 2.5 mm². Standard FiledBusPlug communication interface is present; no fieldbus module is integrated into the base unit. The switch for inside-delta connection is built in, so you can reconfigure for delta-wound motors without an external contactor kit. Ambient operating temperature range is 0 to +50 °C; the 115% service factor provides headroom for continuous duty at nameplate rating.
Documentation includes a datasheet (1SFC132005C0201) and instruction manual (1SFC132003M0201). The unit carries a 0.5 N·m tightening torque spec for control circuit terminals — worth noting for the IQ/OQ torque verification step if this goes into a validated line.
