The 1SFA895002R7000: Ramp time is adjustable from 0 to 120 seconds, with initial voltage during start settable between 30 and 70 percent, and a step-down special ramp from 100 to 30 percent. This range covers soft starts for conveyors, pumps, and fans where gradual acceleration and deceleration reduce mechanical shock. The main circuit accepts 400 to 690 V AC at 50/60 Hz, with a 115 percent service factor for continuous overload margin. Control supply voltage is 100–250 V AC; a separate 24 V DC control circuit is available for logic-level interfacing.
Integration and Connectivity
Communication is via a standard FiledBusPlug interface, allowing direct connection to fieldbus networks without additional adapters. Screw terminals on the control circuit accept 1 x 2.5 mm² rigid wire; main circuit terminals accept 1 x 10 to 95 mm² rigid. Tightening torque for control circuit terminals is 0.5 N·m. A red LED indicates a fault condition; a yellow LED signals protection activation. An analog output of 0–10 V is provided for external metering or drive profiling. The inside-delta connection switch is built in, enabling the higher 52 A / 25 kW rating without external contactors.
