Slim-panel relay for dense control cabinets
The ABB 1SVR405521R3100 is a 5 mm-wide slim relay from the CR-S series, designed for high-density mounting on DIN rails where every millimeter of panel width is already committed to other components. The 24 V AC/DC coil and a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) contact rated at 6 A cover the majority of PLC output and signal-isolation jobs in a control cabinet.
Coil and contact flexibility
The CR-S012/024VADC variant accepts both AC and DC control voltages at 24 V nominal, which simplifies stocking — one relay covers both supply types in a mixed-voltage panel. The output is a 1 c/o (SPDT) contact rated 6 A, with standard and gold-plated contact options available in the series; this unit carries the standard contact, suitable for general-purpose switching of solenoid valves, contactor coils, and indicator loads. The relay body is gray, matching the standard color coding of the CR-S family. Sockets are available with both screw and spring-clamp terminations, letting the panel builder choose the wiring method that matches the rest of the cabinet without changing the relay itself.
