Input envelope and the 8 ms filter
The maximum input voltage is 0... 30 V, covering the AC/DC sources the DI561 is specified against. The delay time (τ) is 8... 8 ms — a fixed 8 ms input filter on every channel, which reads contactor coil feedback and proximity switches cleanly but is not the part to pick for sub-millisecond edge counting.
Cabinet-side: terminals, IP, and thermal envelope
Field wiring is pluggable, so a swap does not require re-stripping conductors — unclip the connector, move it to the replacement, and the cabinet is back. The housing is rated IP20, standard for DIN-rail slices inside an enclosed panel.
