Built for low-differential service with a remote seal
The ABB 266DRH-FSSA2A1V1E1L1S2I2-S26FAHE2SFSM11SNNN is a 266DRH differential pressure transmitter configured for a remote seal on the process side, with the standard static-pressure rating. Span limits run from 0.67 to 40 kPa — equivalently 6.7 to 400 mbar or 2.67 to 160 inH2O — so it sits in the low-DP band used for filter monitoring, level by bubbler, and similar draft-range applications. Output is HART digital on top of a 4 to 20 mA loop, with any extra options carried through the additional ordering-code slots.
Wetted parts and process-side build
Diaphragm is AISI 316 L stainless with silicone-oil fill and a single remote seal on the high or low side as quoted in the build string; process flanges/adapters are AISI 316 L on a 1/4 in. – 18 NPT-f horizontal connection, with the drain/vent valve in AISI 316 L on the process axis. Bolts and gasket are AISI 316 ss with PTFE — a chemistry-compatible stack for general process service rather than exotic media. Housing is cast aluminium in the barrel form factor with a 1/2 in. – 14 NPT conduit entry, and the unit measures roughly 9.1 cm × 17.9 cm × 11.3 cm at the body.
Hazardous-area approval on the label
Certification on this build is ATEX Intrinsic Safety — II 1 G and II 1/2 G Ex ia IIC T6, plus II 1 D Ex iaD 20 T 95 °C and II 1/2 D Ex iaD 21 T 95 °C for dust, so the transmitter is acceptable in zone 0 / zone 1 gas locations and zone 20 / zone 21 dust with a suitably rated barrier.
Procurement posture and lead time
Estimated lead time runs 6 to 8 weeks, so planning a maintenance spare against the next shutdown window is realistic rather than urgent. Quoted to order through independent distribution against the BOM — pricing, availability, and any traceability paperwork confirmed at RFQ time on this build.
