Gauge measurement with sub-kPa span
The 266DSHAPKD3B7V4LSB2I2H3: This 266DSH Differential Pressure Transmitter is configured for gauge measurement (P) with a span limit of 0.05 to 1 kPa (0.5–10 mbar, 0.2–4 inH2O). That sub-kilopascal range suits low-differential services like filter monitoring, furnace draft, or clean-room pressure tracking where the process side sits near atmospheric. The output is HART and 4–20 mA, standard functionality — loop-powered, so the two-wire connection carries both power and the process variable. The integral digital LCD display (code LS) is selectable only with this output code, giving a local readout without a separate meter.
Hastelloy C-276 wetted path for sour/caustic service
All wetted parts that contact the process fluid are Hastelloy C-276: diaphragm, fill fluid (silicone oil), drain/vent valves on the process axis, and the horizontal 1/4 in. NPT-f process flanges/adapters. Hastelloy C-276 handles chlorides, sour gas (H2S), and reducing acids that would pit 316L stainless — this is the material choice for offshore, chemical, and refinery services where the process composition is aggressive. The bolts/gasket are AISI 316 stainless steel rated to 16 MPa MWP, with a Viton O-ring. Material traceability to EN 10204–3.1 is included (code H3), so the inspection certificate covers the wetted parts for the documentation package.
Mounting, housing, and tag identification
The housing is aluminium alloy barrel version with M20 x 1.5 electrical connection, intended for pipe or wall mounting via the AISI 316L stainless steel bracket (code). The additional tag plate (I2) is stainless steel with laser printing — the nameplate matches the PO traceability requirement for skid or panel documentation.
