Span, output, and display — the operator interface
Span limits are 0.4 to 40 kPa (4 to 400 mbar, 1.6 to 160 inH2O), covering the common range for differential pressure across filters, heat exchangers, and flow elements at standard static pressure. Output is HART digital on a 4-20 mA loop with advanced functionality — the digital LCD display and integrated keypad let you re-range and configure in the field without a communicator.
Wetted parts and hazardous-area certification
All wetted parts are AISI 316L stainless steel: diaphragm, fill fluid (silicone oil), drain/vent valves on the process axis, and process flanges with 1/4-18 NPT female connections. The housing is aluminium alloy with a 1/2-14 NPT electrical connection, and the unit carries ATEX Explosion Proof Ex db certification — suitable for Zone 1 gas groups where an arc or hot surface could ignite the atmosphere. Bolts and gaskets are also AISI 316 SS; the mounting bracket (pipe/wall, AISI 316L) and an additional tag plate in stainless steel with laser printing are included.
