Active production, built for process lines
The 266MSTLCSB3B1E1L1B1C1M5: The transmitter carries ATEX Intrinsic Safety Ex ia certification, which means it can be wired into a hazardous-area loop without a separate safety barrier as long as the associated equipment is also Ex ia rated.
Wetted materials and chemical compatibility
The diaphragm is AISI 316L SST (1.4435) with silicone oil fill, and the process flanges/adapters are AISI 316L SST (1.4404/1.4408) with a 1/2-14 NPT female horizontal connection — all NACE compliant, so it fits sour-gas service where sulfide stress cracking is a concern. Bolts are AISI 316 SST (NACE, not exposed to H2S) with Viton gaskets suitable for oxygen applications, rated to 41 MPa / 410 bar / 5945 psi — this combination resists a broad range of process chemicals, but the Viton limits the upper temperature to about 200 °C continuous.
Span, pressure, and output
Sensor span limits are 2.5 to 250 kPa (25 to 2500 mbar, 10 to 1000 inH2O) — a wide turndown that lets one transmitter cover multiple DP ranges on a distillation column or filter differential without re-ranging the hardware. Maximum working pressure is 16 MPa / 160 bar / 2320 psi, so it handles line pressures typical of refinery and chemical process headers without exceeding the cell rating. Output is HART digital communication superimposed on the 4-20 mA analog signal — the HART protocol lets you read the primary variable and up to three additional process variables digitally over the same two wires, and you can configure the transmitter remotely from the control room.
Mounting, housing, and display
The housing is aluminum alloy (barrel type) with M20 x 1.5 electrical connection — standard for European hazardous-area installations, and the barrel shape provides a clean cable entry point for the gland. Mounting bracket is carbon steel for pipe mounting, so it straps directly to a 2-inch vertical or horizontal pipe in the field; note that this bracket is not suitable for aluminum housings due to galvanic corrosion risk. Integral LCD display is fitted — local readout of the process variable without needing a handheld communicator, which saves time during commissioning and loop checks.
