The 266NSHHSTT1E1L1B6S2I2 is an absolute pressure transmitter with a 0.075 % base accuracy, built for process measurement where reference to absolute zero matters — think vacuum distillation columns, evaporators, or altitude-compensated tank level. Output is HART digital communication on a 4 to 20 mA loop, so you get the analog signal plus digital access to configuration and diagnostics over the same two wires. It ships with an integral LCD display for local read-back, and the S2 surge/transient protector is already built into the order code — one less external suppressor to panel-mount and wire. Wetted parts are AISI 316L stainless steel diaphragm with silicone oil fill, process connection is 1/2-14 NPT male, and the housing is a 316L SS barrel version with M20 x 1.5 electrical entry.
Span limits and what they tell you
Span limits run from 2.67 to 160 kPa (or 26.7 to 1600 mbar, 20 to 1200 mmHg). That means the transmitter is factory-configured within that range — you pick the calibrated span when you order. The lower end (2.67 kPa) suits low-differential vacuum service; the full 160 kPa covers moderate process pressures. If your application sits well outside these limits, this isn't the right sensor family.
ATEX intrinsic safety — zone 0 and zone 1
Certified ATEX Intrinsic Safety II 1 G and II 1/2 G Ex ia IIC T6; also II 1 D Ex iaD 20 T 95 °C and II 1/2D Ex iaD 21 T95 °C. This covers gas groups up to IIC (hydrogen, acetylene) in Zone 0 or Zone 1, plus dust in Zone 20/21. The T6 temperature class (surface temp ≤ 85 °C) means it's safe in atmospheres with auto-ignition temperatures above 85 °C. No external zener barrier required if the loop is fed from a certified intrinsically safe supply — but verify the loop capacitance and inductance limits against the associated apparatus documentation.
