What it is and where it goes
The ABB 2TLA050208R0332 is a LineStrong3R pull-wire emergency stop switch — the kind you string along a conveyor, transfer line, or long machine cell so an operator can yank the cable from any point and kill power. The IP67 enclosure (die-cast painted yellow) means it handles washdown environments, outdoor installation, and dusty production floors without letting moisture into the contacts. Rated for wire spans up to 125 m, so one switch covers a long straight section of a packaging line or a palletizer infeed. The double-break contacts (IEC/EN60947-5-1, Type Zb) give positive opening — the safety circuit sees a clean break even if the contacts weld slightly.
Mounting and wiring
Mounts with four M5 bolts through the enclosure base. Four M20 x 1.5 conduit entries give you options for cable routing — run the pull wire through one end, bring the control cable in through another. Silver contacts handle the switching duty; the double-break mechanism is self-monitoring on the safety relay side.
