The ABB 3ABD00046075-D is an ACQ580-04 LV AC drive module, purpose-built for water and wastewater applications. It delivers 315 kW normal-use output at 585 A from a 380–480 V three-phase supply, with a 47.5–63 Hz input frequency window. That normal-use rating is the continuous duty point for pump and fan loads where the torque demand stays below 100 % rated current. For heavy-duty applications — conveyors, screw feeders, or positive-displacement pumps requiring 150 % overload for 60 seconds — the drive is rated 250 kW at 429 A. The light-overload rating, which covers variable-torque loads with occasional peak demands, matches the normal-use figure at 315 kW and 575 A.
