The ABB 3ABD00046738-D is a wall-mounted drive rated for 250 kW normal use at 430 A output, with heavy-duty capability at 200 kW / 363 A and light-overload at 200 kW / 400 A. Input voltage range is 380–480 V three-phase. Frame size R9 defines the mechanical footprint.
Heavy-duty 363 A applies for constant-torque applications like extruders or crushers where overload margin is tighter. Light-overload 400 A sits between the two. All three are tied to the same Frame R9 enclosure, so no mechanical change is needed when switching duty classes. Efficiency is IE2, which is the baseline for most industrial drives.
