Output ratings — normal vs heavy duty
The 3ABD00050561: Two duty ratings let you match the drive to the load profile. Normal-use (Pn 4 kW, 9.4 A) covers constant-torque applications like conveyors and pumps. Heavy-duty (PhD 3 kW, 7.2 A) handles higher overloads — mixers, crushers, or frequent start/stop cycles. The light-overload rating (PlD 4 kW, 8.9 A) sits between them, useful for variable-torque loads like fans.
Frame R1 determines mounting footprint and panel cutout. IP20 allows installation in a clean, dry enclosure — not rated for washdown or dust. Open-type NEMA enclosure means it requires an upstream protective device for branch-circuit protection. 380–480 V input covers common 400 V and 480 V industrial supplies worldwide.
