Drive module for light-industrial machinery
The ABB 3ABD00057910 is an LV AC machinery drive module rated for 4 kW normal-use output at 9.4 A on a 380-480 V 3-phase supply. Frame size R1 with IP20 enclosure, it fits panel-mount installations where the motor load is under 4 kW continuous. Heavy-duty duty cycle drops to 3.0 kW at 7.2 A, light-overload holds at 4.0 kW with 8.9 A — the normal-use figure is the one to size the branch circuit for.
Frequency acceptance from 47.5 to 63 Hz handles both 50 Hz and 60 Hz supplies — no configuration change needed when the line frequency varies. IE2 efficiency class meets the minimum for most light-industrial applications in regions where IE3 is not mandated for this power band.
Frame R1 is a compact module — mounts flat on a backplate or DIN rail via the optional adapter. IP20 means it lives inside a panel; no additional enclosure is needed for the drive itself, but the panel must keep dust and conductive debris out.
