Drive selection notes
It delivers 75 kW normal-use output at 276 A from a 200–240 V three-phase supply, with heavy-duty capability of 55 kW at 211 A. The IP55 / NEMA Type12 enclosure suits washdown or dusty environments without a separate cabinet. Frame size R8 and wall-mount format mean the drive occupies floor or wall space directly; plan for the physical footprint and 65 dB(A) fan noise at full load. Standby loss of 26 W matters for continuous-running installations where idle power adds up. Communication is limited to CAN — no onboard industrial Ethernet port. If the plant backbone runs PROFINET or EtherNet/IP, a separate gateway or option module is needed. Analog I/O is 2 inputs and 2 outputs; digital I/O counts 6 inputs and 3 outputs.
The normal-use output current of 276 A (light-overload 273 A) is the figure to size motor cables and upstream protection. The drive is rated for 110 kV·A apparent power, with a power factor of 0.98 at rated conditions. Maximum ambient temperature is 40 °C. Altitude rating is 4000 m. Efficiency class IE2 is the baseline for this generation. Power consumption at rated load is 3571 W, with standby loss of 26 W.
