The A26-30-11-80 is a 3-pole contactor from Eaton's A26 series, specified with a dual-voltage coil rated 220 V at 50 Hz and 240 V at 60 Hz. This is the part you'd reach for when a 3-pole contactor in that coil voltage range is called out on a BOM for a panel running on either 50 or 60 Hz supply.
The 220/50, 240/60 coil rating means the contactor pulls in reliably on a 220 V 50 Hz supply or a 240 V 60 Hz supply — common in European and North American control voltages respectively. The coil is the same physical winding; the impedance changes with frequency to keep the holding VA in range. If your panel is 208 V 60 Hz or 230 V 50 Hz, check the dropout and pick-up voltage tolerances against the datasheet before committing the BOM line.
