What the TMF 150-1500 A Rating Means
The TMF 150-1500 A trip unit provides an adjustable thermal-magnetic overload and short-circuit protection band, sized for motor or feeder circuits where the full-load current falls within that range. As a molded case switch (not a full MCCB), it is intended for switching and isolation duty in panelboards or motor control centers — the trip unit handles the protection, but the switch itself is manually operated.
