What you're sourcing
The ABB ACS355-03U-02A4-4 is a general machinery drive in the ACS355 family, fed from a 380 to 480 V three-phase AC supply and rated at 2.4 A — the 0.75 kW / 1 HP slot of the line, housed in the R1 frame. For a panel builder, that collapses to three numbers to lock down before the BOM freezes: 380 to 480 V input, 2.4 A output current, and R1 footprint. Anything else about the panel — breaker sizing, line reactor, EMC filter — is downstream of those three.
Why the R1 frame matters
R1 is the smallest chassis in the ACS355 series, so the cabinet cut-out, the heatsink clearance and the surrounding wiring duct all key off that frame size. Step up the current rating and the drive walks to R2, R3, etc. — which is why an order-code swap inside the same series is not a panel drop-in.
