The AF116-30-11-11: The 20-60 VDC / 24-60 VAC dual-voltage coil simplifies panel wiring — one contactor covers both DC and AC control circuits without a separate coil-change or rectifier module. The 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contact set (the '11' suffix) is built into the contactor body, covering basic feedback and interlocking without an add-on block. For applications needing more auxiliary contacts, a side-mount block can be added without tools.
Coil voltage range and what it means for panel design
The 20-60 VDC / 24-60 VAC coil covers the most common control voltages in industrial panels — 24 VDC and 24-48 VAC — without needing a separate coil variant. This is useful when a panel has mixed control supplies or when the customer's site voltage is not yet finalised. At 104 A rated operational current in AC-3 duty (motor switching), this contactor handles motors up to approximately 55 kW at 400 V. The 3-pole configuration switches all three phases simultaneously, which is standard for three-phase motor control.
