It uses screw terminals for power and control wiring.
The 12 A rating is the continuous thermal current (Ith) for the main poles. For motor switching, derate to the AC-3 duty current — typically around 9 A for a contactor of this frame size. The 110-127 VAC coil means it pulls in reliably across that range; dropout voltage is typically below 70% of nominal, so a 120 V control circuit holds it closed without issue. The single NO auxiliary contact (30-10 configuration) provides one feedback or interlock signal. If your circuit needs more than one auxiliary, you will need an add-on block or a different base contactor.
Deployment Context
It is sized for switching smaller motor loads — pumps, fans, conveyors up to about 3 kW at 400 V — or resistive loads like heaters within its 12 A rating.
