S201DC-K20 — DC-rated MCB for panel protection
The ABB S201DC-K20 is a 1-pole miniature circuit breaker with a K-trip curve, rated 20 A at 60 V DC/AC. The K-curve (10–14× In magnetic trip) is sized for inductive or motor-starting loads where inrush current exceeds the B- or C-curve threshold but the circuit still needs fast fault clearing. The 60 V DC rating covers telecom battery banks, solar string combiners, and DC bus distribution in control cabinets — applications where standard AC-rated MCBs may not interrupt a DC arc reliably. Mounts on standard DIN rail. The single-pole format keeps panel width tight; for multi-pole DC circuits (e.g., bipolar 60 V rails), gang two units with the busbar or order the factory-assembled 2-pole variant.
