What the ratings mean for fit
The ABB S203-K10 is a 3-pole miniature circuit breaker rated for 10 A continuous at 277 VAC (line-to-neutral). The Trip Curve K characteristic means the magnetic trip threshold is 8–12× rated current — designed for loads with moderate inrush, such as motor starters, transformers, and solenoid valves. The 10 kA interrupting rating at 277 VAC tells you it can safely clear a fault up to that level without upstream damage, which is standard for most branch circuits in industrial control panels. It snaps onto DIN rail, so it integrates directly into a panel's existing distribution block.
