What it is and what it does
The ABB S282UC-B6 is a 2-pole B-curve miniature circuit breaker from the S280UC series, rated at 6 A and 500 VDC. It snaps onto a DIN rail in a panel or enclosure, protecting a DC circuit from overcurrent and short-circuit faults. The B-curve means it trips between 3 and 5 times rated current — suitable for resistive or lightly inductive DC loads where you don't want nuisance trips from inrush.
